By creating an account, entering as a guest, or using FitCat AI, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you have not reached the legal age to consent to these terms on your own in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must read and agree to them. Please provide accurate information based on your actual circumstances.
FitCat AI provides health and lifestyle logging, AI chat, diet and calorie analysis, menu and cooking suggestions, restaurant information, workout plans, training tools, health data integration, reminders, and gamification features. Some features may vary by device, region, plan, permissions, or service availability.
This service is intended for general health, fitness, and lifestyle information only. It does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or professional medical advice, and cannot replace a physician, dietitian, or other qualified professional. If you have an illness, injury, are pregnant, are at risk of an eating disorder, or have other concerns, consult a professional before starting or adjusting any diet or exercise plan. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Do not delay seeking medical care or stop medication based solely on this app.
AI replies, photo recognition, calorie and nutrition estimates, barcode data, menu, restaurant, and training suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your individual situation. Results can be affected by image quality, portion size, ingredients, input data, and third-party data. You are responsible for verifying important information and for the diet, exercise, and health decisions you make.
You are responsible for protecting your account and device, and for all activity under your account. You retain ownership of the text, photos, and logs you upload, while granting us the rights necessary to provide, maintain, and protect the service. You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the rights to use. Collection, use, and deletion of account data are handled per our Privacy Policy. For content that may be visible to other users (e.g. a public journal entry shared with a workout partner), we have zero tolerance for harassment, inappropriate, or abusive content — you can report it using the report feature next to the content, and we will review and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this policy. You may also block a partner at any time; once blocked, you can no longer be matched with each other again.
Pro is an auto-renewing paid plan. The actual price, currency, billing cycle, trial, or promotional terms are shown on the purchase confirmation screen from the App Store or Google Play before you complete your purchase. Payment is charged to your corresponding store account; the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel per the store's rules before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage, cancel, or restore purchases from your device or store account. After cancellation, access typically continues until the end of the paid period; refunds and price changes are handled per applicable law and store rules. Deleting the app or your FitCat AI account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. When you obtain this app through Apple, Apple's Standard EULA (or an applicable custom EULA) also applies.
Free and Pro features, quotas, and benefits are as shown in the app at the time. Features labeled "unlimited" refer to normal individual, non-automated, reasonable use — not permission for bots, automated scripts, resale, account sharing, bypassing limits, or excessive resource consumption. We may apply rate limiting, verification, or suspend abnormal requests as necessary anti-abuse measures; these measures should not unreasonably deprive you of the normal usage rights you've purchased.
Some features rely on third-party services such as Apple, Google, maps, sign-in, payments, RevenueCat, cloud databases, and AI. The collection and use of health data, location, photos, interaction data, and subscription entitlements are governed by this Privacy Policy and are not used for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Their content, availability, and handling may also be subject to their own terms and policies. Interruptions, changes, or data errors in third-party services may affect FitCat AI.
You may not use this service for anything illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or that infringes on others' rights; interfere with security mechanisms; reverse engineer the app; access systems without authorization; distribute malware; scrape or make excessive automated calls to the service; or resell or share an individual plan with multiple people.
We may update features to improve quality, security, legal compliance, or in response to third-party service changes. Maintenance, network issues, device problems, or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions. If you seriously violate these terms, endanger the service, or as legally required, we may restrict or terminate access; if this affects a valid paid entitlement, it will still be handled per applicable law and store rules. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion in the app.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all AI and health results are accurate. You should evaluate whether to follow suggestions based on your own health condition and professional advice. We do not exclude liability that cannot be limited by law, and this does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
We may update these terms due to feature, legal, or operational changes. For material changes, we'll notify you via in-app notice or other reasonable means, along with the new effective date. Continuing to use the service after material changes take effect means you accept the update; if you disagree, you may stop using the service and delete your account. These terms are interpreted under applicable law and do not limit rights you cannot waive by law in your jurisdiction.
