We're committed to protecting your personal health data — we never sell or misuse your information.
We may collect sign-in identifiers, basic account details, birth date, biological sex, height, weight and other body data you provide, meal and workout logs, Apple Health data such as steps, active calories, heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, respiratory rate and blood pressure, product interaction data, subscription and purchase entitlement status, precise location, conversations, journal and health-report content, photos, feedback, and operating-system or device information for debugging. We never receive your payment-card number or password.
Data is used to authenticate you and operate the app, sync and analyze health data, provide personalized training, nutrition and health guidance, recommend nearby restaurants, process subscriptions and restore purchases, store journals and photos, provide support, and improve the service. Product interaction data is used for app functionality and service analysis; precise location is used only for nearby-restaurant features. We do not use data for advertising, cross-app tracking, or sale.
FitCat AI uses the Google Gemini API for image and AI-chat processing, TiDB Cloud for data storage, RevenueCat for subscription and purchase-entitlement synchronization, and Apple or Google for sign-in and health-data integration. Nearby-restaurant features may use map or restaurant-search services. We share only the minimum data needed for each service.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in AWS's Tokyo region. Food and health-report photos may be sent to AI services for analysis; journal photos and other user content may be stored in your account until you delete them or they are removed under our retention policy. We never sell, rent, or trade personal information.
You may request access or deletion, delete your account, clear photos, revoke health-data or location permissions, or stop using the service. Store transaction and subscription records may be retained as required by law and App Store or Google Play rules. Contact fitcat.app.support@gmail.com.
FitCat AI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If there are material changes to this policy, we'll notify you in the app. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated policy.
